Biography
Dr. Arnell is currently the Director of the Walker Institute, Reading University, UK. He was previously the Deputy Leader of Tyndall's Adaptation Programme and Co-Manager of Phase-I's Adaptation Research Theme. He is specifically working on Tyndall projects to define the relationship between resilience and adaptation, and social, institutional and cognitive barriers to adaptation.
