Description
In 2001, Asian Development Bank together with the World Bank and the US Agency for International Development / US-Asia Environmental Partnership established the Clean Air Initiative for Asian Cities (CAI-Asia) as a multisector network promoting measures to improve air quality in the region. Since then, CAI-Asia has become the acknowledged knowledge manager and regional convener on urban air quality in Asia.
